Q.

What are the steps to access the member area?

Go to the Login page, and provide the following:

  • Your username
  • Your password
  • The five-letter secret word shown in the graphic

Press the Click to Login button when done. If your login was successful you will be taken to the member area.

IMPORTANTNOTE: The member area looks just the same as the guest area. The difference is that in the member area you can download the videos!

Where do I get my username and password?

You received your username and password when you signed up. They were provided on a confirmation page. They were also e-mailed to you, delivered to the e-mail address you provided.

The username/password I'm using aren't working. What's wrong?

You're probably not providing the right username or password:

  • Enter the username and password provided to you in the e-mail confirmation.
  • For best results, copy and paste the username and password text into the Login page from the confirmation e-mail. Avoid typing mistakes!
  • When copying and pasting, do not include any spaces before or after the username and password text.
  • Usernames and passwords are case sensitive! That means if your username is 123aBc, entering 123abc or 123ABC will not work!

I might not have written down my username/password correctly. What can I do?

Go to your e-mail mailbox and get the confirmation e-mail sent to you. It contains your username and password.

I didn't get an e-mail confirmation. What now?

Before doing the following, check the "spam" or "bulk" folder of your e-mail account, in case your ISP misconstrued the confirmation as unsolicited mail.

First choice: Call or send an e-mail to CCBill to retrieve your subscription information. Provide as much information as you can to retrieve your subscription data. They are available 24/7.

Second choice: Contact us using the e-mail address at the bottom of the Customer Service page. Allow 24 hours for a response. Include your name, approximate date of joining, and any other information we might use to look up your subscription record (DO NOT give us your credit card information).

Is my username my real name or e-mail address?

No.

Q.

Why doesn't the username and password I use on other sites work here?

As an exatra security measure we provide the username and password for you. The username and password you use on other sites will not work here.

Are usernames and passwords case sensitive?

Yes. Be sure to disengage the CAPS LOCK key before typing them in. (But we strongly recommend that you copy and paste them from your confirmation e-mail.)

I was using the wrong username or password, but now I've corrected it. Why am I still not able to log in?

There are three possible reasons:

  • Either your username or password is still not correct. Avoid typing mistakes; copy and paste them from your confirmation e-mail.
  • You are not entering the correct five-letter secret word. Press the Refresh button in your browser to display a different word, and try again.
  • You have been temporarily locked out because you had too many failed login attempts. Please wait a few hours and try again.

How can I streamline the login process when I come back?

Enable the Save my password option on the Login page. This will store your username and password on your computer so that you don't have to re-enter them each time you visit.

Everything was working fine but now I can't access. Why?

Check to make sure your subscription has not expired.

Additionally, our security system may have blocked you if you attempted to log in too many times over a certain period, or from too many different computers. Contact us at the e-mail address below to resolve this issue. Be sure to include your username.
